Mohamed Abdel Mohsen is a content creator and novelist from Ain Shams, Cairo. He graduated from Ain Shams University, faculty of Arts, with a degree in Egyptian Archaeology.
His journey on social media began with his love for reading from a young age, starting with magazines like “Mickey”, and later expanding into publications such as “malaf al mostakbal”, “ragol al mostaheel”, and “Ma Waraa Al-Tabi’a”, These opened the door for him to explore various subjects, including history, science, and astronomy.
Mohsen is most famous on Facebook, where his journey as a writer began after an accident seven years ago left him bedridden for four months. Instead of giving in to despair, he took the opportunity to share his vast knowledge, acquired through years of reading, with his followers. Starting with just 16 followers, his audience has now grown to over a quarter of a million, captivated by his engaging and curious writing style.
Regarding his interests, he said, “I write about everything from history and science to literature. I have a personal library with around 4,000 books that I have collected over the years, and I am currently seeking to publish my writings.”
Publications:
• He has authored thousands of articles on his personal Facebook account and written a science fiction novel titled “Chronos”, which was published at the 2021 Cairo International Book Fair.
• His other work, “Tales of the Box Keeper”, is a historical narrative exploring mysterious, unsolved events in history. It was published at the 2024 Cairo International Book Fair.
• Additionally, he has two translated works in the military science fiction genre, which are being published under the supervision of the Saudi Ministry of Culture and will be released soon.
