Khalaf Gaber
Khalaf Gaber is an Egyptian poet and journalist, a member of the Journalists’ Syndicate, and his works are published in many Egyptian and Arab websites.
He won the Abdel Rahman Al-Abnoudi Award from the Bibliotheca Alexandrina for his poetry collection “From the Tallest Palm Tree in Upper Egypt, a Boy Sends His Songs Flying to Cairo”.
He also published the collection “Ayyub’s Wednesday” with Dawen Publishing House in 2017, and in 2015, his collection “Wooden Wheel” was released by Dar Al-Uloom Publishing house, which was shortlisted for the Ahmed Fouad Najm (Sawiris) Award.
He has authored several audiobooks under the title “A Thousand and One biography” for the international platform (Storytel).
Additionally, he has written songs for the singer (Fayrouz Karawya) and some Egyptian musical bands.
