The satirical writer and poet Ashraf Tawfik was born in Mansoura on January 6, 1981. He has published a poetry collection titled “Message to My Beloved” and two satirical books, “Are You Happy, Egypt?” and “Maybe, perhaps!”.
He contributed in writing several sitcoms and comedy shows, including the sitcom “Haramt Ya Baba”, the show “100.7”, and the program “Chicken News”, which aired on (Al Kahera Wal Nas) during Ramadan 2011.
Additionally, he wrote the film “Good Luck” starring (Ahmed Eid).
