Ahmed El Zanaty

Ahmed El-Zenaty, born in 1979, is an Egyptian novelist and translator. He holds a Bachelor of Languages ​​degree (2000) and a Master of Business Administration degree from Victoria University (2013). He won the Sharjah Prize for Fiction (first place) in 2017 and the Egyptian General Authority for Cultural Palaces Award twice (Novel 2017, Short Story 2021). He has translated literary works from German and English by Hermann Hesse, Carl Gustav Jung, Robert Walser, and Thomas Wolf. He writes literary articles for the pages of Akhbar Al-Adab, Al-Faisal (Saudi Arabia), and Al-Arabi (Kuwait). He works as the head of the Human Resources Department at a company.
