The novel begins its events in the Sinai Desert (1973 AD / 1393 AH). All the events revolve around the bravery of the young Egyptian soldier (Sa’iqah-144) in an offensive operation against the Israeli occupation to liberate Sinai. The battle ends with the young man left wounded on the desert sands, where he continues to defend in the name of “Egypt” alone.
