Adham is forced to return after Ghada’s kidnapping by an unknown and unexpected person to search for a box everyone seeks. With the help of Nadia, his neighbor unaware of the history between Adham and her deceased husband, he discovers the kidnapper’s identity. A struggle ensues, and Adham kills the kidnapper’s assistant and disposes of the body.

Adham struggles with his obsessive-compulsive disorder triggered by the crime’s aftermath. The story culminates in a deserted place where Aya tries to kill Adham, but Nadia saves him by killing Aya. Hassan nearly kills Adham, but Nadia rescues him by shooting Hassan, who flees. They decide to keep the box despite Adham’s fears of what may come next.
