When you lock yourself within a hages, you immerse your spirit in it, narrowing your thoughts, wishes, and entire life around it—believing that nothing else can reach you, your soul, or your dream, even though it is farthest from you. It does not belong to you; rather, it belongs to your anxiety, fears, weakness, limited insight, complacency, surrender, urgent needs, and misguided desires that signal danger.
